Honor V6 Tablet launched with Kirin 985 5G chipset & 2K display

Android tablets are not dead yet as companies like Samsung, Honor, Huawei, Lenovo etc. keep launching their Android tablets every year. Today, Honor launched a new tablet named Honor V6 & it is a flagship tablet from the brand featuring the Kirin 985 5G chipset which means this tablet supports 5G.  There is no word from Honor on the pricing on this tablet, but customers can pre-register it right now in China.

Since it is a flagship tablet from Honor, it is no surprise that it comes with a premium design. There is a single camera on the rear. There is a Quad speaker setup on this tablet & the Huawei’s Histen 6.1 3D sound.

On the front, there is a 10.4-inch 2K display with a resolution of 2000×1200 pixels & 470nits brightness. There is no punch-hole cutout in the display like on the Huawei MatePad Pro 5G which launched as the first 5G tablet globally. Under the hood, there is the Kirin 985 5G chipset & the Honor V6 Tablet supports WiFi-6 as well. There is 6GB RAM & 128GB internal storage.

The tablet packs a huge 7,250mAh battery & supports 22.5W fast charging. There is a 13 Megapixel rear camera & an 8 Megapixel selfie shooter. Honor also launched a keyboard attachment for this tablet & a stylus named “Magic Pencil”. This Magic Pencil comes with 4096 pressure sensitive levels.

Android 10 runs out of the box with Magic UI 3.1 on top. Honor V6 comes in three colors  – White, Green, and Black. There is no official word on the pricing or the availability yet.
