Do you remember the Google Pixel 9 & Pixel 9 Pro renders that leaked in January? The renders revealed a triple camera setup on both phones, a flat display, a flat frame, and rounded corners. Well, as it turned out, those renders revealed the designs of the Pixel 9 Pro & the Pixel 9 Pro XL (expected name). The vanilla Pixel 9 will still have a dual camera setup, as revealed by the fresh CAD-based renders of the phone, once again by OnLeaks. The renders were shared in collaboration with 91Mobiles.
The Google Pixel 9 has a dual camera setup on the rear and the same camera module design that we saw in the renders of the Pixel 9 Pro & Pixel 9 Pro XL. The phone has a flat frame design, a flat display with a hole-punch cutout in the center, and more rounded corners than the Google Pixel 8.
The phone’s dimensions are around 152.8 x 71.9 x 8.5mm, and the display size is almost 6.03-inch, smaller than the Pixel 8’s 6.2-inch panel. This could be good news for those looking for a compact flagship Android phone in 2024.
Well, Google might officially reveal the design in the coming months, like how it has been doing in the past couple of years. Stay tuned.
