So most of the big players in the smartphone market are done with launching their best phones for this year, for example, Apple has launched its iPhones, Samsung has launched its foldable phones, etc. There is still one company that is yet to launch probably one of the most hyped phones of this year. Google has been teasing the Pixel 6 series for quite some time now, and the company has already shared a lot of details with us, whether it is the new design or the new chip. Now, the company has officially announced that the Google Pixel 6 & Pixel 6 Pro are launching on the 19th of October during the “Pixel Fall Launch” event.
Now, while we already know a lot about these phones, just to reiterate, both the phones feature a similar design that includes a big camera bar (as Google calls it) on the back and a nice two-tone color scheme with the portion above the camera bar having a darker shade than the rest of the back. There are dual cameras on the Pixel 6, whereas the Pixel 6 Pro gets an extra periscope camera for zoom shots.
Both these phones have a display with a hole-punch cutout in the middle. Since these are premium phones from the brand, there is an aluminum frame and a glass back. One of the highlights of these two phones, apart from the design,n is that they are powered by Google’s in-house Tensor chip that is said to offer an incredible AI performance.
So yeah! The Google Pixel 6 day is coming soon, so stay tuned for that since it is going to be a really exciting launch from Google.
