Google Pixel 5 specifications & price leaked ahead of the launch

On the 30th of September, Google Pixel 4a 5G & the Pixel 5 are set to go official & a week before the official unveiling, we now have the full spec sheet of the Google Pixel 5 along with the European pricing, thanks to a report by WinFuture. It is not the first time we are getting leaks related to Pixel 5 since we have seen quite a lot of them in the past month.

The Pixel 5 comes with a 6-inch Full-HD+ Flexible OLED with Gorilla Glass 6 protection & 90Hz refresh rate. There is a hole-punch cutout on the top left that has the 8 Megapixel sensor in it. Under the hood, there is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SOC paired with 8GB RAM & 128GB storage. There is also the Titan M chip inside.

The battery underneath is a 4,080mAh unit & the Google Pixel 5 comes with 18W Fast Charging support via the Type-C port. There is Wireless Charging as well as reverse wireless charging support.

The phone is IP68 certified & comes with an aluminium frame (100% recycled aluminium is used).

There are dual rear cameras where the primary camera is a 12.2 Megapixel sensor with f/1.7 aperture lens & OIS + EIS while the secondary camera is a 16 Megapixel ultra-wide-angle unit. The primary rear camera is capable of 4K 60fps video recording.

Finally, Android 11 runs out of the box & there are at least two colors – Green & Black.

Talking about the pricing, Google Pixel 5 will launch at EUR 629 in Europe, which translates to around $736 but expect the pricing outside Europe to be lower.
