Exynos is Samsung’s processor lineup. We have seen the Exynos 8895 performing slightly better than the Snapdragon 835, and both of these chips are the most powerful ones from their respective companies, i.e., Samsung and Qualcomm. For sure, Samsung is going to launch new Exynos chips to compete with the latest processors like the Snapdragon 660, Kirin 960 or Apple’s A11, etc.
Today, we got to know details of the upcoming Exynos 7885 and Exynos 9610 chips. Along with this, the source also revealed the Exynos processor that will be used in the Galaxy S9 which is coming next year.
Starting off with the Exynos 7885, it is going to be manufactured on Samsung’s 14nm LPE technology and its clock speed is 2.1GHz. The manufacturing technology is the same that is used for the Snapdragon 835. Talking about the GPU, this chip will come with the Mali-G71 GPU and Full Netcom. Lastly, the Samsung Galaxy A7 2018 will be the first device to come with this chip. So, here is the quick overview of the Exynos 7885 specs –
