Asus ROG Phone 6D & ROG Phone 6D Ultimate renders leaked

Both phones are launching on September 19

The ROG Phone 6D series is launching on the 19th of September, and yes, there is more than one smartphone. Asus is launching two new gaming phones that day, named ROG Phone 6D & ROG Phone 6D Ultimate. Today, we got to see the designs of both phones, as the renders of both phones were shared by 91Mobiles.

The renders reveal that the ROG Phone 6D and 6D Ultimate do not look any different than the ROG Phone 6 and 6 Pro, except for the color option. The only noticeable difference is in the case of the ROG Phone 6D Ultimate which does not have the glowing “Dare to Leap” text on the back. Instead, it has a different design element at that place, but we have no idea what its use is.

Just like the vanilla ROG Phone 6, the ROG Phone 6D has a dot-matrix panel on the rear. And just like the ROG Phone 6 Pro, the 6D Ultimate has a color AMOLED panel.

Both 6D and 6D Ultimate are powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ chipset, and that’s the only major difference compared to the other two phones under this series. There is the same display, same battery, and same cameras.

There is no information on the pricing yet, so we do not know whether the 6D series will be cheaper or more expensive than the 6 series.
