The Motorola Edge 60 Neo was made official at the IFA Berlin, and this is the successor to the Motorola Edge 50 Neo which was praised for its compact form-factor and a solid spec sheet.

Design-wise, there is hardly any difference. The Motorola Edge 60 Neo features the same design as the Edge 50 Neo, including a triple camera setup on the rear, a flat display with slim bezels, a flat plastic frame, and stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support. The phone has IP68 and IP69 certification. The front is protected with Gorilla Glass 7i.
Under the hood, the phone has the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset, a slightly upgraded version of the Dimensity 7300 chipset, which powered the Motorola Edge 50 Neo. The phone has up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 512GB of uMCP storage. The battery was one of the downsides of the Edge 50 Neo, as the phone had a 4,310mAh battery last year. The Motorola Edge 60 Neo features a bigger 5,000mAh battery. The charging speeds are the same, so the phone supports 68W fast wired charging and 15W fast wireless charging.

The display is a 6.36-inch Flat 120Hz LTPO OLED with a 1.5K resolution and 3000 nits of peak brightness. This sounds like the same panel as last year’s Edge 50 Neo. There is an optical under-display fingerprint scanner.
The triple cameras on the rear are also the same as last year. There is a primary 1/1.56″ 50MP Sony LYT-700C sensor with OIS, a 13MP ultrawide camera, and a 10MP 3x telephoto camera with OIS. There is a 32MP camera for selfies.
The Motorola Edge 60 Neo runs on Android 15 out of the box, and the phone will get 4 years of OS updates.

The colors are named PANTONE Frostbite, PANTONE Poinciana, and PANTONE Grisaille. The price in Europe starts at €399, versus €499 for the Edge 50 Neo last year.
